General: can I get schematics for my product?

I would like to repair my product. Can I get schematics and Dynaudio assistance for the repair?

Unfortunately, the answer is no.

Regarding amplifiers for active speakers: Dynaudio collaborates with partner companies to design amplifiers that meet our specifications. However, the design is not considered our intellectual property, and we typically do not possess schematics for most of the amplifiers. In the rare instances when schematics are available, we are restricted from sharing them, except with our authorized service centers.

Furthermore, when hardware issues arise, we generally opt to replace the amplifiers rather than relying on schematics, as they are not necessary for this process.

Concerning crossover boards for passive speakers, we take pride in designing our own crossovers; however, we do not share the schematics. While a skilled technician may find it relatively straightforward to replace individual components on these boards, we recommend replacing the entire crossover board instead. We maintain a stock of replacement boards, even for discontinued models, to ensure safety and to preserve the integrity of your Dynaudio product.

For older models that no longer have available replacement parts, we may provide a list of components to qualified technicians to assist with repairs.
