LYD: How to set bass extension switch with a subwoofer.
How to set the switch when using a sub
If you whish to use and external high-pass filter, e.g. on your subwoofer, then we would recommend setting the high-pass filter on the LYD to -10 Hz to minimise the phase interaction with the external high-pass filter.
When using the 18S we recommend using the low-pass filter in the subwoofer that is matched to the appropriate LYD (preset). The LYD in this case should be set to +10 Hz.
