How do I reset my Dynaudio Music to its factory settings?

Your speaker can be returned to its default settings using the pin-hole reset button located near the power socket. Use a straightened paper-clip to press and hold the reset button for two seconds. The first volume indicator will flash red while the reset is underway. When the reset is complete your speaker will restart in setup mode.

You are also able to reset using the Dynaudio app. Do the following:

Open the Dynaudio app and go to Home view
Select speaker
Select settings icon
Select “Speaker info”
Select “Factory reset”
