Is Xeo suitable for high-resolution music / HD-Audio / Hi-Res Audio?

Xeo Transmitter / Hub sends an uncompressed signal (for example from CD, or as AIFF or WAV from the computer) with maximum 16 bit / 48 kHz and therefore preserves full CD sound quality. 

The Xeo Transmitter / Hub / Connect also accepts a data depth of 24 bit but sends this with maximum 16 bit / 48 kHz to the Xeo speaker.

Xeo 2 accepts up to 24 bit / 192 kHz via the optical digital input. If using a Dynaudio Connect in High Resolution Mode, Xeo 2 can receive a signal wirelessly with up to 24 bit / 96 kHz. The transmission from one Xeo 2 speaker to the other is always in 24 bit / 96 kHz.

Xeo Transmitter / Hub, or 192 kHz and higher:

If you wish to listen to HD-Audio / Hi-Res music material via Xeo, you must limit the sample rate at the USB output to 48 kHz (Xeo Transmitter) or 96 kHz (Hub) at the computer, or in the settings of the playback software.

This retains the Hi-Res file and you can play back this music title via Xeo.

Otherwise, a 24 bit / 192 kHz digital converter with down-sampling function, which can be connected either via analog or ideally digitally via optical, or coaxial (Hub / Connect only) can be used.
