Playback is interrupted on my Dynaudio Music!
A common cause of sudden interrupts, is an active Bluetooth connection from a phone, for example.
If you are playing via anything else than the Bluetooth connection from your phone, any system sound, notification sound etc., will interrupt what’s currently playing and overtake. Streaming will not resume.
To avoid this, please either mute, turn off Bluetooth, or delete the Bluetooth pairing on your device. If that doesn’t help and you have lost track of possible connected devices, then a factory reset is advised to avoid any unknown devices to connect.
If an active Bluetooth connection isn’t causing it, please take a look at our recommended router settings.
