What are the different standby modes on Dynaudio Music?
All Dynaudio Music speakers have 4 different modes; ON, standby, deep standby and OFF.
- When the speaker is playing music, it is considered ON.
- When the speaker isn’t playing music, it is considered in standby. Power consumption is less than 3 watts.
- When the speaker hasn’t played music for 10 minutes, it will enter deep standby, which is indicated by a single illuminated red LED. The speaker is still accessible via the various wireless and cabled connections. Power consumption is less than 0,5 watts.
- When there’s no light the speaker is OFF. Music 5 and 7 are only OFF when you unplug the power cable. Music 1 and 3 can be switched OFF via a button.
