Why do right and left Xeo speaker respond differently?

This is mostly due to an incorrect Room / Zone setting on the Xeo speaker. Make sure that both the left and right speakers have exactly the same Room / Zone setting (for example both Room 1 / Zone 1), and that the left and right speakers are each correctly set to Left and Right.
