Why does the Xeo remote control respond incorrectly?
Two things are important for the Xeo remote control capability:
- Point to one of the speakers directly with the remote control and then enter short, single button commands. The infrared radius of the Xeo remote control has a deliberately narrow angle of departure so that several Xeo speakers can be controlled separately of one another in the multi zone setup.
- A fault-free wireless connection should also be ensured. This is because the Xeo remote control runs by infrared to the speaker, but the actual control and setting occurs wirelessly via the Xeo Transmitter / Xeo Hub / Xeo Connect.
