Why does Xeo remain muted when connected to a flat screen?
If Xeo has been connected to the headphone output, please check whether the output must first be activated via the television menu.
If Xeo has been connected via the optical-digital output (Xeo 2, Xeo Transmitter) or coaxial digital (Hub / Connect), check in the television menu whether the optical / coaxial output emits a PCM stereo signal with maximum 16 bit / 48 kHz. Surround signals or up-sampled signals cannot be decoded by Xeo.
