NAMM 2019 - Day 4

Neo-soul hip-hop artist Prince The Rookie came all the way from Tampa, Florida to experience the NAMM Show and perform in the Dynaudio Unheard studio. His smooth southern sound soothing; relaxing the morning crowds who had tired feet after three full days of dancing and networking.

Second-to-last band Eva and the Vagabond Tales filled up the studio with everything from ukulele to accordion (to the joy of our DPA Microphones friends who had something new to mic up). The five-piece band performed with an enticing old-folk sound that managed to get the attention of a talent-scout wanting to speak with the band post-performance. The onlookers - well they absolutely loved it.

The last band to perform in the Dynaudio Unheard studio at the 2019 NAMM Show was Water District. This group of three had dedicated the entire NAMM week to hand out flyvers promoting their performance - a novel approach from our Dynaudio Unheard alumni that we can only endorse. The pop-rock trio entertained wholeheartedly with their boyish charm and fast tunes that won the crowd's favour.
