      AIR Control cable package

      How to connect a computer to AIR system to run AIR Control software?

      To connect a computer (MAC or PC) to an AIR system, you need  the AIR Control cable package which included a Cat5 to Serial Cable + a serial to USB converter. 

      The Air cable package as mentioned in the manual is no longer available but the important part - the Cat5 to serial cable - is still available and can be ordered from  our certified service centers,  Item no is PR546028012.

      The serial to USB converter must be sourced elsewhere, but this is a standard item in computer stores. Please make sure you get one with the FTDI chip as this is known to work with Air.
