AIR series: Slave(s) are disconnecting randomly
AIR series: Slave(s) are disconnecting randomly
Symptom: The Slave unit(s) are randomly loosing connection with the Master.
Solution: Ensure that the CAT5 cables are properly shielded and maintain a length of less than 10 meters to achieve optimal performance.
Other cause: A potential cause for this issue may be a malfunctioning power supply unit (PSU) in one of the speakers. While restarting the system might provide a temporary fix, we advise against frequent power cycling. Instead, please reach out to your nearest Pro service center for a repair
