Dynaudio quality designed and manufactured products are sold in Singapore through a network of Authorized Dealers selected by Dynaudio based on criteria of high quality service and support. Through this network, Dynaudio is able to ensure that our customers receive uniformly high levels of service, including:

Assistance from trained staff able to provide technical sales advice and after sales service and official local warranty
Demonstrations available for all products within suitably equipped audio presentation listening areas
Specialist installation service where applicable
Clear and accessible product displays and sales literature to assist the customer in making informed choices
Availability of Dynaudio genuine product ranges and stock

Customers should beware of websites, that are not authorized by Dynaudio that are offering Dynaudio products for sale. Unauthorized dealers may give the false impression that they have been authorized and trained by Dynaudio through the illegal use of Dynaudio information and images on their websites. Goods sold by these dealers are not purchased from Dynaudio, but are obtained from unauthorized sources, which could include damaged or otherwise faulty products or even pirated goods not manufactured by Dynaudio. Unauthorized dealers often change websites or location, or go out of business, making it difficult for customers sold unsatisfactory goods to obtain after sales service and to enforce their statutory rights.
