Are Dynaudio stands suitable for sand filling?

Yes. Dynaudio Stand 3X and Stand 6 has two chambers, one is the cable guide, the other one can be used for sand filling. Dynaudio recommends only filling the stands 3/4 at most with fine grained dry quartz sand.
