CORE: Update Tool can't be open in OSX

This is due to Mac OSX security restrictions. 

To solve the issue please follow the below instructions: 

1. When you get the below message, click on CANCEL

2. CTRL Click on the APP icon again, you'll get that message below

3. Click OPEN
