BM9S MKII: Voltage setting
Is it necessary to set the amplifier for the correct voltage (120 or 240V) on the BM9S MKII?
The BM9s mkII features an automatic switching power supply that seamlessly adjusts to different mains voltages. This functionality is clearly marked on the backplate's silkscreen printing. To ensure proper operation, simply select and connect the appropriate power cable for your specific region.
Note: the original BM9S amplifier does not feature a switching power supply and needs to be set to the region voltage.
