Core: How to use the update tool?
1. Connect the USB cable between the PC or MAC and the Core speaker (USB A on Core side)
2.Download the update package from the provided link: Core update, and save it to your desktop or another easily accessible location. After downloading, be sure to unzip the file to access the contents.
3. Locate and install the Update Tool included in the folder.
4. Open the Dynaudio Update Tool - click on "Firmware Update".

5. Choose the appropriate USB port from the drop-down menu (COM port). Once you select the correct COM port, the updater will display the current version of your Core speaker. If you have completed step 2, you can disregard the "download latest firmware" option, as this step ensures you have the most up-to-date update tool.
6.Click the Browse button and navigate to the firmware HEX file you wish to upload from the update folder you saved on your desktop or in a familiar location.
If you are uncertain about which HEX file to select, please consult the relevant FAQ for guidance.

7. Press the update button.
IMPORTANT:During the firmware update, the front LED will turn off, and the progress bar may appear stagnant for a period of time. This is completely normal, so please remain patient as the update progresses. Do not interrupt the process or disconnect the power supply. After a few minutes, the speaker will automatically reboot, and you will be able to see the updated version.
