Dynaudio professional speakers service guidelines
Repairs and warranty claims must be processed through the authorized Dynaudio dealer from whom you purchased the product. If that dealer is no longer operational, please reach out to the distributor for assistance.
Please note that Dynaudio support in Denmark headquarters is available exclusively for technical inquiries or consultancy and cannot directly assist with warranty claims or repair issues which must be processed locally. However, feel free to reach out to us for assistance with troubleshooting your issues.
