No sound from my Dynaudio Music speaker!

If you do not hear any sound from your speaker even though it is connected, then please;

  • Make sure that the volume is turned up – if you are playing to the speaker by Bluetooth then make sure that volume is turned up on both speaker and player (e.g. phone, tablet, PC, etc.)
  • Try a different preset channel if you are playing radio
  • Try playing from a different source (radio preset, AirPlay, Bluetooth, AUX, etc.)
  • Try rebooting the speaker by unplug power cable for 10 sec. and plugin again (for Music 1 & 3 press and hold power button).
  • If you have a Music 5 or Music 7 connected to your TV/source through optical or HDMI, please make sure the TV is outputting a stereo signal. The Music 5 and Music 7 cannot decode surround sound formats.
  • Try a speaker Factory reset followed by new setup. See how to reset the speaker here
