      Where can I get support for my BYD audio system?

      Dynaudio has (together with BYD) developed the Dynaudio in BYD sound systems and produces the drivers used in the BYD. As a result, please contact BYD or your nearest BYD dealer for the following topics:

       

      • I have questions about the configuration or the settings of my Dynaudio in BYD sound system.

      • I have questions about the head unit (the “radio”), the amplifier or the cabling of my Dynaudio in BYD sound system. Please note that Dynaudio has not developed and does not produce these components.

      • I’m experiencing issues with my Dynaudio in BYD sound system and would like to have it serviced.

      • I need a spare part for my Dynaudio in BYD sound system.

      • I have questions about the availability of (or the possibility of retrofitting) a Dynaudio in BYD sound system in a specific BYD car model.
